Ati 4890 memory speed readout doubled

I have 2 cards in my system one is a 4890 XT and the other a 4850
The readout of the 4850 is perfect but the 4890 is double the actual value i set it at at memory speed
The card runs underclocked at 728 (original 850) mhz (3640 (org 4875)) main memory speed but the program shows 1450 mhz ( 5900 ) now to me both numbers look wrong.
and he report file is being rejected as a possible atack vector......

Please ZIP the report file and attach or send per e-mail. Please include the HWiNFO32 Debug File as well, so I can check it more precisely.
