HWINFO32 v3.58-913 - *minor* documentation issues

1) Help file "Installation", "Introduction " reads "above requires Administrative privilegia." should read "privileges" in English.
2) Help file "Hardware database", the sections "CPUs", "Mainboard chipsets", "Video chipsets" all appear to be non-functioning?

Thanks, will fix the help too, but a bit later.
I have stopped updating the Hardware database, so I'll remove it from the Help in future.
