ASRock H87 Pro4 - No Vcore Sensor
#1
Hi,

VID is OK -> Vcore ???

Gigabyte H87-HD3 is OK -> CPU-Z = VID (Override) / HWinfo64 = Vcore

Haswell-based systems feature a Fully Integrated Voltage Regilator (FIVR). That means, the CPU get only VCCIN (~1.8V) and then fully manages the internal voltage rails.
Only some mainboards are capable of monitoring the Vcore voltage, ASRock doesn't seem to be one of them.
