CPU "VR Temperature" too high

Hi, I have a problem with X399 TR4 motherboard the Voltage Regulator in the BIOS H/W it shows 92C which makes my CPU run Undervoltage and drops speeds and when I touched the heatsink on the mobo physically there's no heat at all! why????

Are you sure you checked (touched) the heatsink of voltage regulator circuits?

Yes I did I can't feel any heat at all!

Try to disable SVID in BIOS if there's such option.
