CPU Package power just stays greyed out when I right click on it. Can show graph on everything else. Its graph definitely isn't hiding anywhere. How can I get this to show as a graph?
And what's the difference in package power, IA power and Asus EC CPU Power?

Can you please attach a screenshot of the problem, so I can see it exactly ?
CPU Package power is the power of the whole CPU including IA cores, GPU (if present) and additional logic (SA, uncore, etc). IA power is the power of the CPU execution cores only.
ASUS EC / CPU Power is power measured of the CPU cores (or whole CPU depending on particular model) as measured by ASUS logic. This power measurement works also if SVID is disabled (which causes the internal CPU power measuring not to work).
