Dangerous temperature ?!
#1
Exclamation
Hi. Help please!
I have prossesor 'AMD Athlone II X4 750K' and MB 'Asus f2a55-m lk2 plus' . Everything well works .
But , I have fears . http://s58.radikal.ru/i162/1403/52/deccc67e2eb7.png
Al Suite II(MB software) - shows (it is visible on the image) 27°С (CPU) that your program confirms !
At loading(stress test) temperature reaches to 45°С (50°С with box cooling) .
But as there is such indicator as "CPU Package" and its temperature fluctuates (42-58°С) , at loading it raises to 65-68°С (78°С with box cooling) .
The maximum allowable temperature for my CPU - 70°С !
To me costs worries?

The specified maximum CPU temperature is the case temperature, so the one measured at top of the CPU..
The CPU Package reported is however the internal CPU temperature, which can be higher.
Moreover, on many AMD CPUs the sensor measuring internal temperatures is often not precise.
So I wouldn't worry about it...
