A few users have been reporting BSODs during startup after upgrading to v5.80, especially on older systems.
A fix for this was immediately released, so if this is your case please upgrade to: http://www.hwinfo.com/beta/hwi_581_3401.zip

Hi Martin,
ocassionally I get error reading for GPU clock, can this be fixed?

Seems like an erratic readout, this will be filtered out in the next build.
