Hi Martin,
Seems some sensors no longer exist in sensor status of HWiNFO.
I attached debug zip file for hwinfo v4.49-2365 and v4.49-2385 for you to compare.
Also I notice there's no sensor for IGP temp anymore after I changed from A8-6600K to A10-7800, is this sensor no longer exist in hardware or  just HWiNFO not included that sensor. Thanks in advance.

Which sensors you don't see anymore except the IGP ?
Can you please attach screenshots of both builds to easy compare ?

I like rename all sensors to original name first. How?

There's no function to rename all sensors to their default names at once.
You can do that only one by one (it tells you the original name), or you can completely restore/delete all user-defined sensor settings by clicking "Reset Preferences" in the main Settings screen.

I can't use Reset Preferences to restore sensors' name to default, so I just untick Remember Preferences then restart HWiNFO.

I think just sensors from CPU [#0]: AMD A10-7800 :
there's no CPU CU0 Power, CPU CU1 Power and CPU Package Power

EDIT:
Is there really any sensor name CPU uncore?

Thanks. I think I found the bug and will fix this in the next build.
Now regarding the "IGP temp", which exact sensor/name is that ?

temperature sensor for integrated gpu,  I can't remember exact name, i think there's one for A8 6600K, now there isn't in A10 7800, if you don't mind, may be you could look through debug file from my early posts in 2014 which used A8 6600K.

I added another picture before regarding CPU uncore, is there such sensor, can you add one?

That CPU Uncore Power is not a real sensor, it's the result of this:
CPU Package - CPU CU0 - CPU CU1 - iGPU

Your GPU (in the A10 7800) doesn't seem to provide a temperature.
