What the signature means (perf#...) , near some cores?

That denotes the index of Core Performance Order, a feature available on later AMD CPUs (Pinnacle Ridge).

Hm, that's right, it should be displayed for all cores. Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File and I will check where's the problem.
