Wrong recognition of i5-6200U
#1
Hi,

Lately I bought new laptop and HWINFO says that I have different processor than it is in Windows 10 device manager. Moreover HWINFO shows i3-6100U, but in the list there is also i5-6200U (see attachment png). I'm sending you debug file as well. Please have a look into this.

BR,

Thanks for reporting. This is a bug in HWiNFO, it will be fixed in the next build.

I have the inverse problem - i have an i3-6100 (based in a NUC) - being reported as a i5-6200.

Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File created using latest HWiNFO Beta and I'll check that.
