cpu power package value!!!

This is the first topic here in this forum. my pc spec:
1- mb: gigabyte z97 x soc.
2- processor : i7 4790k.
3- ram : kingstone hyperx 16 gb 2400 mhz
4- vga : 980ti g1 gaming.
5- psu : evaga supernova 850 80+gold.

here the thing when i put my cpu under stress i found out that the cpu power package under load is 1.99 w !!!! it does not make any sense.

as i mentioned my mobo is z97 soc .

Have you perhaps disabled SVID support in BIOS ?
If that option is disabled, then CPU power consumption monitoring doesn't work properly.

SVID is not existed in BIOS !
