should i ignore these sensors

should i just ignore it or should i be worried?
system: 
asus rog strix b350f(latest bios)
ryzen 7 1700(right now at default settings)
corsair rm650x
crucial ddr4 16gb 2400 16-16-16-39(right now at default settings)

Well, this entire sensor section seems to be completely invalid. You should see another section with an ITE IT8665E containing correct values.
Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis of this problem.

Im sorry for the late reply.
I have disabled monitoring of that sensor(and i dont know how to enable it again) in the previous update and after that it never appeared again so i cant check if it has been fixed in the latest update.

Go into sensor settings, Layout tab and from there you should see all hidden items. You can also press the "Restore Original Order" button to get them back.

Yeah i already checked there(in the old version)/restored original order and that faulty sensor didnt show up
