please display the tRC in System Summary.

It's the value of Intel XTU page.

That's because memory timing values in the main window are read from the memory controller directly (and not via XTU). However I don't know how to read the current tRC value from memory controller of this CPU.
XTU information is often not reliable enough and on some systems returns erratic values.

On your machine. However I've seen other machines where the XTU reports invalid information.

on Intel machines this is the value.

so display it atleast for intel machines.
