UPD: I updated windows and everything worked just fine. FML!

But it's odd, on my second pc, i have the 6.44 version of hwinfo and the same exact gadget as on main one, yet after that incident suddenly everything stopped reporting correctly. Now only the newest version of HWinfo works.

Ok it helped, thank you very much. Problem number 2: i was using the CPU monitor gadget, and it shows me the incorrect value. Is this a windows bug or how do i fix it?
