According to the tool tip: "This value has meaning under full CPU load only at default settings" Does this imply that setting is completely meaningless outside of synthetic/full load? It's worded slightly ambiguously. (And seeing red numbers scares me)

The RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge has the "GPU Fan1" permanently at 0RPM but the reported percentage values for both Fan1 and Fan2 are identical. Presumably the Fan1 sensor is just redundant for this card and both fans are addressed via Fan2? But why are the percentage values then identical? EDIT...
