Thanks sir, that was the problem. Region settings > Beta UTF encoding. Now all ok :)

Good day Sir, I'm using newest 6.25-4150 beta version of HWiNFO and Gadget version 2.0. After reinstalling windows and using my previous settings something happened to a "degree" sign. Now it is marked with "?". Can you help me? Screenshot attached.
