Oh you are right. It can be VRM temperature - under load this get super hot 74C measured with Ir-Thermometer. Coils near get 90C. HW info reports 74C too... but it's hard to judge because I can measure only surface. This temperature is very close to NorthBridge but NB seems little cooler...
