I'm not sure, I did it through General -> Main Settings -> Reset Preferences. Isn't it the right place?

I gave it a try. Didn't help, unfortunately. I checked that on another computer and it also doesn't have the Framerate sensor. And I noticed that the Charge Rate really does show up only when it does not equal 0W. Is there a way to keep it from disappearing even in that case?
