    CPU opt fan detect but no RPM shown

    I have added another fan to my PC and plugged it into "CPU opt". The fan is running but it is shown in HWiNFO with a red cross next to it. No readings are shown too. The Motherboard is an ASUS Prime X370 Pro. I used version 8.24-5700 of HWiNFO. Is there anything I can do?

    Fan Speed wrong

    I have a Asus Prime 370x Pro mainboard with Windows 10. Yesterday the CPU fan was shown to rotate with 2700 RPM which is nearly TWICE the speed it can have at PWM 100%. So far it only happened once but I still wonder does it mean the mainboard is damaged or is it a bug in HWiNFO64...
