Hello, I have the same issue witch my i7-9700K. For many years it worked constantly at 5000 Mhz until recently. Frequently, clock speed drops to around 4800 Mhz, all due to unstable bus clock. As you can see on the screenshot. I don't know what to do now, nothing helps.
