Nope, Hyper-V is disabled.
I just read the edit from the user in the linked thread. It was indeed the memory integrity-setting that seems to cause the error/activates Hyper-V without ticking the Hyper-V box in the settings.

HWiNFO64 suddenly reads wrong values. Vcore is stuck on a specific value and the clock readings are wrong. CPU-Z reads the correct values I set in BIOS.
Any ideas why this is suddenly an issue? I tried resetting the settings and reinstalling the software.
