so recently i purchased i new board h61ms and a cooler hypercooler t20 and after mounting everything i noticed that my cpu clock was dropping from 3200to 1500mhz in every10 secs.So i installed hwinfo to check whats wrong,my cpu and gpu temp were fine but 'temp6' in the attached screenshot...
