    Acer Nitro AN515-54 sensors

Hopefully this is what you're after. The actual fan speed refreshes on the windows were different so I don't know what the actual values are when the dump is created. I've attached images of all 3 (NoteBook FanControl, NitroSense and RW-Everything) together so you can see. The -1 files have...

    Acer Nitro AN515-54 sensors

There is only one Predator profile in the installation which you can see in the images. "Acer Predator G3-572"

    Acer Nitro AN515-54 sensors

Excellent. Reading values is all I'm interested in for the fans and any other sensor that might be missing. I found this program which supports a good number of laptops: https://github.com/hirschmann/nbfc I read that this laptop is based on the Acer Predator series. I downloaded the .exe...

    Acer Nitro AN515-54 sensors

Thank you for your reply. If I found an open sourced Windows / Linux application which successfully controls the fans on this laptop, would you like to know about it? :)

    Acer Nitro AN515-54 sensors

I recently purchased a new gaming laptop. First thing I did was to run HWiNFO and run a few games to see how it runs. I noticed however, HWiNFO sensors don't show much for the system board. For example, there are no sensors for fan speeds. I've enabled every probe and scan option I could...

    Reading laptop battery EEPROMs

Ok, thanks for the information. I didn't see a red X icon and "not supported' in any of the battery windows for charge cycles like I see in the motherboard section so I thought HWiNFO wasn't checking for this. I know the battery has this chip. I've opened the battery casing on one of them...

    Reading laptop battery EEPROMs

Found it. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa372661(v=vs.85).aspx It seems Lenovo laptops have this showing in their battery software (shown in the image at the end of this thread -...

    Reading laptop battery EEPROMs

Can HWiNFO read the recharge cycle counter from laptop batteries? I've got a couple laptops which suddenly started reporting battery wear issues but I'm quite certain the batteries are fine. I'm wondering if this information can be read through software and if HWiNFO can read the data. I...

    Support for Corsair Power Supplies

I don't have one of these power supplies personally just in the interests of those who do... Would it not be possible to add support for it but leave it disabled by default. For advanced users have an option somewhere to enable this (options window, ini file edit, whatever). Option 2 - If...

    HwInfo Web Server beta testing

Thanks. I've tossed the zip file onto my webserver: http://www.funkymonkey.org/HWiNFO_Web_Server_beta_3.zip The "serve" directory in the archive file is the template files. You will need to specify the template file as part of the URL when using a web browser to view the data...

    HwInfo Web Server beta testing

I've checked my messages. The last "test" version I have is from May 24 2012. Nothing was mentioned about keeping these test versions private so I guess I can make it available if you want. Before I post a link to a binary I don't have sources for on the forums here, I think I should get...

    HwInfo Web Server beta testing

I have a copy from a year ago that was sent to me to test. I don't know if it is the latest version or if I'm even allowed to send it out. (I'll have to check my old email messages.)

    Asus CG8480 sensor values

Looks pretty good. The 12v, 5v and 3v information is there. I'm not sure which value reflects the CPU voltage (if that is even a value pulled from the system board or averaging from the CPU). I've attached a new image and debug log for you to see. Thanks again! :)
