I've found out the problem, I uninstalled AMD StoreMI and now I can view all of my drive information.

I've noticed that I am no longer getting temperature sensors on my SSD's anymore, I can only view the read and write activity. I have reset preferences, done a clean install and it's no longer an option to monitor them. I have not made any changes to my hardware
