Virtual Machine Warning when it's real hardware

Looks like Hyper-V is enabled by default even if its components are not installed. I've now run Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-Hypervisor Let's see what its state will be after rebooting. There's a long discussion related to Hyper-V here.

Virtual Machine Warning when it's real hardware

I'm open to inquiry. I just don't know where to look. :-) I had VirtualBox installed two years ago, but I've long uninstalled it and nothing from it remains, no drivers, no program files, no registry keys.

Virtual Machine Warning when it's real hardware

Wholly uninstalled/missing. No drivers related to virtualization either.

Virtual Machine Warning when it's real hardware

I'm running HWiNFO64 on real hardware (albeit in a remote desktop session but that shouldn't affect any readings), yet I'm getting this warning. AFAIK I have zero applications using or running on Hyper-V. It's an office PC :) I wonder if you could maybe show how you arrived at that conclusion.

    FEATURE PresentMon

Martin, It looks like this feature could be CPU heavy, I wonder if it needs to be enabled by default at all.

    Are those readings okay?

You cannot trust your motherboard PSU sensors readings, period. It's done using professional equipment but your readings are fine. That sounds like an HDD error, not your motherboard/PSU problem. TBO I've no idea what you're talking about. HDDs do not reboot. They spin up, spin down and do...

Frequency Limit Global for Ryzen 7 7840HS (Zen 4 / Phoenix CPU)

I'm not sure what you're hinting at. A HW failure? AMD Phoenix APU peculiarity? I've used the laptop for just three days. Please do not frighten me :(

Frequency Limit Global for Ryzen 7 7840HS (Zen 4 / Phoenix CPU)

I'm reading it as "Limits are enforced/imposed by BIOS". Hopefully they will release an updated BIOS with a lifted restriction. Why did HP do it to me? Thanks a lot anyways! BTW, there's something which looks like an error in reporting: Core Powers Maximum is reported as 109W. I don't...

Frequency Limit Global for Ryzen 7 7840HS (Zen 4 / Phoenix CPU)

But Martin, as you can see on the screenshot, no parameters' limits are even close to their maximum :( There's no throttling either. Temperatures are very low. Is is possible to hard limit the CPU maximum frequency in BIOS/UEFI? Is it possible to write to some CPU registers to unlock it...

Frequency Limit Global for Ryzen 7 7840HS (Zen 4 / Phoenix CPU)

HWiNFO64 says Frequency Limit Global for my Ryzen 7 7840HS CPU is 4500MHz which is far below what AMD says it should be boosting at which is 5.1GHz. Could this limit come from the BIOS? I'm looking at HWiNFO64 output and I don't see any limits (power, voltage, amperage, etc). being hit. The...

And this is still very much relevant and needed.

    Quick search bar

Would be great to get something like this: Where you can enter a search term and see the matching results (both variable names and their values) in a plain list. Would be great to get something like that for the sensors window as well. Thank you!
