Well, i am at the latest 1x box xF and it works just fine with just that active. Now i don't know if any single box selected in 1x row will do the trick and im too tired to test it. For now these are my findings. It's something in the 1x row.

well, after cutting 0-7 from x1, i shut down, booted and at login i had no gpu input, i had to force stop my pc and after that it worked. Weird, never happened something like this. I'll test it now.

Yes, 1x to the end of the hex xF. I'm literally buring the cpu with prime95 AVX, running the usual pubg where it would trigger after like 5 mins, but it doesn't have any problems. Vrout doesn't even grey out. Everything just works.

SIV is on the latest patch, but the issue was present even before using it. I tried siv as a last resort to monitoring. I'll get to work on it now :)

Ok, so I disabled SMBus Support and the problem is GONE! those 2 menus are now gone and dimm temps gone too. I can't remember if there was something else that went away. So atleast we know that it has to do with the SMBus thing.

I have the latest driver and every power related bios setting is disabled(default), but i set the aspm (now) to auto (before it was disabled). I want to see if it helps.

Yep, I also googled this issue with fast startup and it seems to be quite frequent. Some of the solutions on microsoft forums suggest that some motherboard drivers are the culprit. I imagine I might be the same case. I would report this to Gigabyte but i can't seem to find any offical forum.

I think i managed to fix everything: no more greying out or system hang at shutdown. I disabled FAST STARTUP in windows settings. This tells me Gigabyte did something weird with their drivers or bios.
