    FAN controll with Average CPU temp?

    Is it possible to use average cpu temperature to fan control ?? Current value of temperature sometimes causes fan speed spikes (for example when i set 45C =0rpm and 46C=4600rpm) and the current temperature for some time is changing between 45-46C i get this:
