    which soc value should be prioritized? motherboard or cpu.

    Hi, I am trying to customize my dimm, I wanted to start with 1.15v soc. With this voltage value in bios zentimings shows 1.125. The situation is corrected by llc nb 1 then zentimings shows the right voltages, but motherboard shows 1.17v nb/soc p.s i am worried about the llc and dimm algorithms...
