Many Asus X670E boards sensors are reporting doubling of voltage values, am concerned if real or not?

May i ask are the values shown in HWInfo from individual temp diodes embedded in Amd cpu or derived from main sensors?
I always thought Zen cpu do not have per core diodes unlike Intel series.
