Hi there, signed up just to tell you, i've got the same problem. my specs: HWInfo version: HWiNFO64 v6.35-4315 Ryzen 5 5600X ASRock B550 Extreme4 HDD: ST16000VN001-2RV103 Disableing the monitoring of that HDD solved my problem.
