I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3550h (mobile cpu). I'm planning of using HWiNFO to check if my cpu is thermal throttling. I know if you have intel, you will get a red "Yes" flag when your pc is thermal throttling. Does this apply to AMD chips as well? Thank you!
