HwInfo does not, but RTSS does. I'm no expert in either but Google showed this thread: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/is-there-a-system-time-plugin-for-rtss.433388/ and this video explains how to do it: The video makes it very simple. I added it to my HwInfo display in a couple of minutes!
