So I had an issue before with MSI afterburner causing HWinfo64 to report the wrong GPU fan RPM. I easily remedied this by no longer using MSI Afterburner. Now I am seeing my GPU Memory Clock reading upward of 3,000 Mhz in HWinfo64. I have not played any games since I turned on the PC 3 hours...
So I have posted to a few other forums trying to figure out the first bug I encountered. My fan RPM on my RX6800XT read that they were outside of spec, 4,000-30,000 RPM maximum. I believe I fixed that by disabling MSI Afterburner and letting my fans run on the stock fan curve.
