I checked at Windows Update and there was a pending driver update for RealTek Card Reader. It seemed to have solved the problem, since there is no more counts for WHEA at hwinfo! Thank you very much and I hope this simple solution may help someone else.

I just edited the post mentioning the error starting date (2021) and the dates in which those realtek card reader and ethernet controler drive were installed. So this is the issue. Do you know how can I solve this problem? Or at least how to run a test to see which one of these devices are...
