Is this feature only for PRO users?

How do you specify which process it will monitor? Cause it is useless at this moment. It is showing 60 fps in every scenario, like I m running test and benchmark showing 30 fps presentmon showing 60 fps. It works only when your fps is over 60 (or w/e refresh rate your monitor has), but GPU busy...
