Thank you. I have tested right now via Hiren's Boot and indeed it works and no restart was happened. The question is what to do for now.

Maybe use the way to boot from USB key to avoid to break the file system due random restart. It is possible? For, ex. hirensboot?

In original I updated my AMD chipset driver, and so I though that the culprit of random restart is the chipset driver, but later I checked that it is HW Info v 7.68. I did the log file from latest beta which not doing this random restart. I apologize but I can't again risk automatic restart...
