Dell has a hidden Thermal Control Panel that has a BIOS THERMAL CONTROL ENABLED OR DISABLED setting. My problem is I change it to DISABLED, but when I turn my computer off it reverts to ENABLED. Does anyone know how to permanently DISABLE Bios Thermal Control on this Dell Thermal Control...
