When HWiNFO64.exe is running my mouse cursor stops every 2 seconds, I have the latest version, 5.54.

I've searched the forum but I didn't find similar topic with my issue. Right now my gpu fan speed is 0 RPM. GPU temp is 47c and fans start spinning above 60c. But HWinfo says my gpu fan speed is 1529 RPM. Right now I realised that is shows the max RPM my GPU fans reached
