HWMonitor, CPU-Z , crystaldiskinfo are also able to read all details of that HDD with that controller.

I have five 3TB of segate ST3000VX HDD. But one of them can not show full detail with HWinfo64 v5.88 Moreover, other software can show all detail with that HDD. Can anyone fix it? Thank you. Full Detail Can not show
