NVM Fixed. I just had to restart HWinfo with auto start disabled. I have it set to startup with windows and this seemed caused the issue. It even sticks after reboot.
Title... just updated to a new monitor and now the FPS counter is missing. It shows fine in RTSS (Show own statistics) but its the last one and unlabeled. I had it set labeled and first. Anyway to get it to show?
