This seems to be a problem in BIOS. As first please try to upgrade it to the latest version.
If that won't help, put the following line at the end of the HWiNFO64.INI file:
AsusWMI=0

I give thanks for your guidance.
But I haven't upgraded my bios for a long time. I need some time to study on the website.
I am sorry that I can't upgrade my BIOS in the first time.I put "AsusWMI=0" at the end of the HWiNFO64.INI file,Then I tried the startup program and it works fine.
What did this code do, and what effect did he have on my program?
After that I will try to upgrade my BIOS, and the results will be fed back to you.

That setting disables use of an ASUS BIOS interface, which seems to be faulty on your system.

I upgraded bios to the latest today and the results are still the same. I am running the program on my virtual machine and it won't crash.
Maybe this is not a BIOS problem.

It's not recommended to run HWiNFO under a VM as then the results are biased by the VMM.
