+0.149V IA Voltage Offset showing on CPU in HWinfo while it is undervolted at -0.144V at Throttlestop

Is my CPU getting more voltage despite of being undervolted? Why is this happening? I have attached both HWInfo and Throttlestop values.

If the offset is applied to the V/F curve, you need to check in the main HWiNFO window for all V/F curve points. The sensors window shows only the first point of the V/F curve.

It seems it still doesn't show the negative voltage offset on p-cores.

It is there - 149 mV.
Positive number still. However, I have found what was causing this. It was because of the mV Boost 800mhz set to 150 previously in Throttlestop. That app shows it separately from the p-core voltage offset but apparently HWinfo only showed that mV boost value instead.
I have now set the mV Boost to 0 and HWinfo now shows the correct value.

Yes, the number in HWiNFO is positive. I have double-checked and HWiNFO should be correctly showing the value programmed.
