5800X BSOD WHEA

Hello ! I have some problem with (STOCK) 5800X, i have random BSOD when i quit a big game (COD Warzone, BOCW, TESO, GTA V etc...) and when i applied an Overclock (1.36V for 4.65GHZ) he work just fine.
The screenshot was made with STOCK CPU.

Config:
B550 AORUS PRO V2 BIOS: F14e (ALL tested)
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 32GB 3600MHZ CAS 18
RYZEN 7 5800X
RTX 2060 KFA 2 ONE CLICK OC
tested TWO POWER SUPPLY: 550W 80+ GOLD and 650W 80+GOLD

This is a BSOD dump after playing a game of Modern Warfare now, 3 mins after leaving the game... BSOD.
