Added Driver Information for Monitor (7.40 Release Notes)

I read the release notes for version 7.40 and was just wondering what this was. I haven't seen any difference in the sensors section (other than slightly higher minimum Max CPU/Thread Usage on my 3900X).

Edit: sorry, I am being slow. I just realised it means driver information for your monitor (screen). Please delete.
