Alienware 13 Fan Control, Fans not detected

I'm guessing Hwinfo can't detect my fans. I had the program 2 days ago before i had to completely reset my windows, deleting all my apps. I re downloaded Hwinfo but it's completely different. Before i would just get the sensor summary with the fan to click and control my fans. Now when i click the fan nothing happens. ): I don't know what I did wrong. It worked before it should work still.

Thanks. This model was unknown to HWiNFO yet. I will try to add support for it in the next (Beta) build.
Do you know how many fans this model has ?

I had Hwinfo on the laptop for the past 2 years and has worked great, i just had to wipe my entire pc the other day and all of the sudden i can't control my fans with the new download. ): thank you. it has 2 fans.
