Hey guys my laptop has 7000 max value as shown in HWInfo, is it safe to max it to 7000 or should i stay near 4500-5500? Will it damage my laptop fan if i go max?

8gb Ram
GT555m 3GB
Windows 8.1
That 7000 RPM is just the limit of the slider, not the true maximum fan speed allowed.
The firmware will limit the fan speed based on particular limits.
