Asus X570-P / Ryzen 5950X Missing Wattage

I've got an Asus X570-P (BIOS 2812) with a Ryzen 5950X. I noticed that when I run HWInf0 (4.34) I don't see any power draw under the CPU. I have cleared all preferences and reinstalled HWI to make sure that I haven't hid anything.

Do you maybe have Hyper-V enabled?
Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis.
