Is having the average DL 2,243.325 kb/sec UL 170.171 kb/sec normal to see if I only turned on my PC about 3 hours ago and in this order: typed out 3 Word documents and went on 2 sites, Redditt and here? Reading only and posting 4 posts + this. Have the screen prints and video with times. My PC also restarted by itself around 8pm as I returned to the room after being gone for approximately 10 minutes. The update was for what is listed on the screenprint as today 9/5 and it just happens to have been released on Aug. 5th, 2023. Why "preview" now? I have the notifications set for pending restart/required. That was hours ago when it restarted. The DL and UL were much higher at that time, but I cut off network and restarted the PC to leave for a meeting. It continued upon bootup but when I actually started to try to document what I saw it just somehow.... slow.....ed ... down... Very weird.
