Hi, i have just reformatted my harddrive and downloaded latest version of Hwinfo64 but it keeps bluescreening every time i launch sensors.
Here is my .dbg file as i am unable to find a program that can read this.

The USB controller should not be a problem in your case, so replacing the SATA driver should be sufficient. Did that help ?

Are you sure this new DBG file is really after changing the SATA driver to the default one? Because in that file I can still see the ASMedia SATA driver being used.

I think i managed to fix the issue, i disabled pretty much everything in safety tab and now bsod so far, and yeah im pretty sure that dbg file was new.

I think it was the "ATA Statistics Support" option that disabling helped.
But I was still searching for a solution that would allow to use it with that option enabled.
