Built new PC - Ram Question

Hi everyone,
I just recently built a new PC, and I was confirming that my RAM was running at the correct speeds. CPU-Z correctly shows that I'm using DD4-3600 RAM (1800 DRAM Freq x2). However, HWinfo is showing under "Memory Modules" that my RAM is clocking at 1066 mhz and showing I have DDR4-2132 RAM. Underneath this "Memory" shows correctly that I have 16GB DDR4 at 1800 x 2 3600 Ram.

Can someone explain this to me?
Thank you!

DDR4-2132 (1067 MHz) is the maximum standardized JEDEC timing.
But the maximum possible timing using XMP is 1800 MHz (DDR4-3600).
